Warsaw Film market; SMENA 35mm; July 2008

Welcome to version 3.0 of Park&Cube! Yeah, I do versions apparantly.

After I got back from London last Tuesday I decided that the blog was in dire need of some makeover, for example its eyebrows and armpits were getting a little too bushy for my liking, and the weeds! So I picked up my tool box and a lawnmower and went straight to work, determined not to blog until the work was done. As you can probably see, I aimed for a very simple layout stripped of the generic blog-like quality – so I do realise the sidebar font is tiny and I apologise, but now it’s only there when you need to use it.

If there are any technical problems while viewing the blog, please let me know, I shall reward you handsomely with a basketful of pretty eels.
Do stay and have a cuppa tea, feel free to poke about and find out it’s just a shabby paintjob over what’s already there – but like always, I greatly appreciate your visit. Love you dearest readers.

To be honest, I much preferred your previous layout. It stood out from the other blogs more, I really liked the header font too, centre and quite large. Having said that I still totally love your blog (I would go as far to say that it’s my favourite fashion blog). Your style of writing is great! I always enjoy reading what you have to say!

  24. wait did i not write my name right above, epic fail. I always seem to make mistakes when commenting here…oh dear

  25. Quitely lovely indeed! Simplicity is never a wrong choice and I have this strange love for tiny fonts so the sidebar is perfect as is…unless someone is almost blind.

  26. Simple, but excellent.

  27. Kristin

I love the new layout! Did you do all of it yourself?

  28. Shanks! why yeeeesh I did ;)

  29. Hahaaaa. Sometimes in blogs I write my email and then in the URL box I start typing my email password…

  30. I like it a lot. i think my blog is on version negative 1.5. plus i should really go to jail for not putting my recently acquired adobe illustrator to good (or even mediocre) use yet.

  31. shini, again i love the layout! but can you add a link under each post to get to the previous or next entry because that has always been my favorite practical thing of mine of fashion blogs. so much easier to browse without missing any entries from the past.. woo sorry if that came out bit of lurker-ish :s

  32. Love the new layout! Very minimal and clean. You really are a whiz with HTML! :)

  33. Owwh one can do that? I’ve never seen that done in blogs, I’ll get my tools out again and see what I can do about it!
Thanks for that though, I’m sure that’ll improve the easiness of use (?) of the blog!

  34. lovelovelove!

    p.s. do you have a smena?? :O

  35. I dooooo have a SMENA!!! got it for £5 on ebay, works like a charm :D

  36. Oooh, I am loving the new look! The more simple, the better, in my opinion!
